The palms are made of a revolutionary new high-heat resistant material called Temperbloc™, which is a Silicone coated Kevlar®. Temperbloc™ has heat-resistance properties far higher than leather. Plus excellent wet and dry grip, great dexterity and flexibility, as well as long-wearing durability. Designed from the ground up, with input from welding school instructors, these gloves don't stiffen and harden like regular all-leather welding gloves.
