Sidekick® Cut-resistant Split Leather Fitters Glove These are our heaviest-duty cut-resistant fitter gloves. 1.4 mm. premium side-split leather, selected for its durability. Super-strong, heat-resistant DuPont Kevlar® thread for seam integrity. 9 oz. cotton twill and washable PE, 2 ply cuffs, and cut-resistant string-knit Kevlar® lining round out the Sidekick® package. Common glove myth
 | Leather is good for abrasion resistance, which is why it is used in bikers jackets. However, it is so low in cut resistance that even a lightweight string-knit cotton glove is more cut resistant than the average leather glove. |
