Cotton & String Knits

Cotton and string-knit gloves can be used for a wide variety of applications. Whether you’re looking for cotton, cotton/poly, nylon, fleeced, dipped, dotted, terry, oil-resistant or reinforced, Superior has you covered.

We manufacture three major lines of cotton and string-knit gloves to meet your needs:

  • SureKnit™ gloves are great general-purpose work gloves. Several styles are recommended for use as glove liners beneath rubber gloves to absorb perspiration
  • Our SureGrip™ glove line features many of the same gloves in the SureKnit™ lineup, with the added feature of dots or palm coatings for better grip and wear
  • Protex™ Terry gloves make a great choice for increased abrasion and heat protection

Additionally, many of the glove styles featured in this section are form-fitting, and hand-to-hand reversible.

Common glove myth
ImageLeather is good for abrasion resistance, which is why it is used in bikers jackets. However, it is so low in cut resistance that even a lightweight string-knit cotton glove is more cut resistant than the average leather glove.
