GJ24 - Glass handlers’ Kevlar® jacket

Woven Kevlar® jacket features grommets for added slash protection. Designed for glass handlers, jacket is 24” in length, with Velcro closures, and comes in one size only.
Protective clothing made with Kevlar® is comfortable, long-wearing, and fully launderable. Jacket protects in two ways, providing stellar cut protection and high-heat resistance. In fact, it is inherently flame resistant, and will not melt or drip when exposed to open flame. Protective clothing made with Kevlar® provides excellent cost savings by reducing lost-time injuries.

Common glove myth
ImageLeather is good for abrasion resistance, which is why it is used in motorcycle jackets. However, it is so low in cut resistance that even a lightweight string-knit cotton glove is more cut resistant than the average leather glove.
