Heavy-Duty Nylon Layered Leather Fitter Gloves | CrewMate™ Glove Manufacturer Introducing our latest and greatest leather fitter style: our 66BRPU12N is fully lined with 12 layers of nylon for increased puncture resistance. Added polyurethane finger tips deliver increased grip and provide protection against scrapes, abrasion, cuts and punctures. The glove comes complete with our ‘performance thumb’, a double layer of leather protection sewn on the thumb crotch controlling the main wear area on most glove styles. Common glove myth
 | Leather is good for abrasion resistance, which is why it is used in motorcycle jackets. However, it is so low in cut resistance that even a lightweight string-knit cotton glove is more cut resistant than the average leather glove. |
