DUPONT KEVLARŽ

Cuts and gashes cause a great deal of pain and discomfort. To better protect workers and to save time and money, gloves made with KEVLARŽ make a real difference. Independent
tests show they can be 2.5 times more cut-resistant than leather and 60% more so than cotton. Delivering comfort, long wearlife, easy maintenance and launderability while saving you the cost of injuries, KEVLARŽ protects workers and makes good business sense too. In addition to its superior cut protection, protective apparel of KEVLARŽ provides outstanding high-temperature resistance and low thermal conductivity.
KEVLARŽ is inherently flame-resistant, and won’t melt, burn or support combustion in the air.
Superior Glove is a licensed manufacturer of KevlarŽ products. Our research and development department constantly seeks to improve hand protection by utilizing the amazing benefits of Kevlar fiber and innovating through combinations with other cutting-edge materials and with new and better design.

Common glove myth
ImageLeather is good for abrasion resistance, which is why it is used in bikers jackets. However, it is so low in cut resistance that even a lightweight string-knit cotton glove is more cut resistant than the average leather glove.
