Emerald CX Series Leather Palm Cut Resistant Gloves Manufacturing Company

The best thing about our Emerald CX gloves is not their exceptional cut resistance. The best thing is that they don’t feel like highly cut resistance gloves. You can’t tell your wearing a quarter mile of steel on your hand. You can’t tell these gloves will stop a brand new razor blade slashed with at least 1200 grams of force, for our lightest version to over 3000 grams for our Nitrile version (SCXNT) in lab trials. Compare that to a heavy weight leather glove, which cuts at under 150 grams. Besides stellar cut resistance, very high abrasion resistance and great comfort.

Kevlar® is a registered trademark of E.I. du Pont de Nemours and Company.

Fancier grip patterns do not equal better grip
ImageThere are diamond pattern grips, sandpatch grips, Z-pattern grips, pebble grips and scallop grips. These grip patterns might have a small effect on dry grip, but you are not wearing a dishwashing style to handle dry things. When it comes to wet grip, like in wet, soapy water, our tests have shown all grip patterns perform relatively the same. There are ways to change grip characteristics by changing the glove compounding itself, but grip pattern alone has little-to-no effect on wet grip.
