Sure-Grip® Hot Mill Gloves with Nitrile Grip Palms

This new style in our Sure-Grip® series features both cut and heat resistance, plus great grip that won't mar or leave smears on hot objects being handled. This is a huge improvement over PVC which melts in high heat. Nitrile strips stay solid for the life of the glove, rather than peeling off with repeated use and laundering. Available in one or both sides coated.
Gloves insulate against intermittent contact with hot objects around 400°F/ 200ºC (ASTM level-3). Kevlar®/cotton knit provides ASTM cut-level 3 protection for dual resistance against heat and cut in applications like glass foundries and the automotive industry.

Kevlar® is a registered trademark of E.I. du Pont de Nemours and Company.

Common glove myth
ImageLeather is good for abrasion resistance, which is why it is used in motorcycle jackets. However, it is so low in cut resistance that even a lightweight string-knit cotton glove is more cut resistant than the average leather glove.
