TRKDPB - Protex™ Quilted Cotton-terry Hot Mill Gloves

Protex™ five-finger hot-mill glove is cut and sewn in a clute-cut pattern from 100% cotton terry, and features quilted double palms for good heat protection up to 400°F, with an ASTM heat-resistance rating of 3. Terry loops are on the inside for excellent thermal insulation. 8 oz.-cotton bandtop cuffs provide excellent abrasion resistance, while also making gloves easy to don and doff. Fully washable.

Common glove myth
ImageLeather is good for abrasion resistance, which is why it is used in motorcycle jackets. However, it is so low in cut resistance that even a lightweight string-knit cotton glove is more cut resistant than the average leather glove.
