TRKDPB - Protex™ Quilted Cotton-terry Hot Mill Gloves Protex™ five-finger hot-mill glove is cut and sewn in a clute-cut pattern from 100% cotton terry, and features quilted double palms for good heat protection up to 400°F, with an ASTM heat-resistance rating of 3. Terry loops are on the inside for excellent thermal insulation. 8 oz.-cotton bandtop cuffs provide excellent abrasion resistance, while also making gloves easy to don and doff. Fully washable. Applications

Common glove myth
 | Leather is good for abrasion resistance, which is why it is used in motorcycle jackets. However, it is so low in cut resistance that even a lightweight string-knit cotton glove is more cut resistant than the average leather glove. |
