X Series One-Finger Welders Mitts One-finger welding glove from our X Series. The palm leather is Number 1 grade, select Canadian sidesplit cowhide. One-piece grey cowhide back. Fully welted seams and a leather-strapped thumb ensure extra durability. Common glove myth
 | Leather is good for abrasion resistance, which is why it is used in bikers jackets. However, it is so low in cut resistance that even a lightweight string-knit cotton glove is more cut resistant than the average leather glove. |
