No thanks, I don't want to prevent hand injuries.
This past Friday, October 23rd, employees at our Acton plant participated in a fantastic fundraiser called #DressForTheCause to raise awareness and funds for a terrible disease that affects so many families every single year: Breast Cancer. Both male and female employees enjoyed a delicious charity bake sale, and wore bright pink bra stickers over their clothes in order to demonstrate their support for Breast Cancer survivors everywhere.
With a 95% participation rate, the event was a wild success – and Superior Glove is proud to announce that we raised over 700 dollars for Breast Cancer research! Even racecar driver Gary Klutt, who was visiting at Superior Glove with his racecar at the time, showed his support by donning a sticker himself! And, due to the event’s popularity, our Point Leamington, NL plant also plans to run a similar event in the near future. We look forward to presenting our donation to the Breast Cancer Society.
Company President Tony Geng, racecar driver Gary Klutt, and Marketing Communications Manager Julie McFater proudly wearing their pink stickers!
